informations and walk around: We will visit the cathedral of Orvieto, a tour of Orvieto Underground, the so called Pozzo di San Patrizio (optional, there are many steps) Walk through the center of Orvieto or walk in the nearby town of Bagnoregio (optional, you have to walk a lot to reach it and we cannot enter the center with the vehicle)

Civita di Bagnoregio
informations and walk around: Civita was founded 2500 years ago by the Etruscans. It stands on one of the oldest routes in Italy, connecting the Tiber (then a major navigation route in central Italy) and Lake Bolsena.
The ancient town of Civita was accessed through five gates, while today the gate of Santa Maria or della Cava represents the main one, furthermore it is possible to access Civita from the valley of the gullies through a tunnel dug into the rock.
