Pompey's Pillar
Pompey's Pillar is a 27-meter-tall red granite column in Alexandria, Egypt, built in 297 AD to honor Roman Emperor Diocletian. Located in the ancient Serapeum, it is one of the largest monolithic columns ever constructed. Despite its name, it has no link to Pompey the Great. Surrounded by Greco-Roman ruins, it remains a symbol of Alexandria's rich history. Entrance fees of 4$ is not included.

Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa
The Catacombs of Kom el-Shoqafa are an ancient underground necropolis in Alexandria, Egypt, dating back to the 2nd century AD.
