"We will begin our adventure by visiting a remarkable protected reserve, home to an astonishing diversity of wildlife. Here, we will encounter 54 distinct species of mammals, including the majestic Howler Monkey, as well as 221 species of birds, 8 species of amphibians, and 12 varieties of reptiles.
After exploring the reserve, we will continue our journey to a cocoa farm. Here, we will have the unique opportunity to learn about the cocoa roasting process, carried out in a traditional, open-air manner. This experience will allow us to connect with the traditions of the countryside people and observe the rustic and simple techniques they use to transform cocoa into delicious organic chocolate, from the farm to the table."
