Join Katsuji, a local expert with over 30 years of experience in the food industry and learn the rich cultural heritage of Japan’s culinary world. Visit an authentic tearoom and experience a real tea ceremony in Katsuji’s own home.
Relax in ancient Japanese style as you learn the ins and outs of the ceremony while enjoying hand-whisked matcha green tea. Then head to the kitchen and learn to make two Japanese classics: sushi and ramen. Use nothing but the best ingredients to make your dishes from scratch.
