Shumi Winery
Afterwards, we move to Tsinandali Village, visit local farmer’s garden (known as Edemi in Tsinandali), house and winery. The farmer will show/teach you homemade winemaking technology, including tasting of homemade wine. Afterwards, you will be able to make local Georgian dishes: Georgian bread, Khinkali, Khachapuri and Churchkhela.
There, you will see a unique and only one grape tree in whole Eurasia continent.
