An optional stop but definitely can get close enough to take pictures.

It’s not a guarantee, but going across the bridge here it’s possible to see sting rays and manatees. There is a kiosko with drinks and snacks and another great view and photo opportunity.

Calle Loiza
Calle Loíza in San Juan is a vibrant corridor where culinary delights, artistic expressions, and local culture converge. As you journey from Old San Juan to Condado, this bustling street offers a feast for the senses. Café Tresbé serves up tacos, sliders, and sushi from a cool open-air spot built out of a shipping container. Acapulco Taquería Mexicana is the go-to for legit tacos al pastor and fresh handmade tortillas. Molini’s dishes out classic Puerto Rican comfort food like mofongo, right near the Ocean Park strip. Pinky’s is a laid-back local favorite for all-day breakfast, wraps, and smoothies. And La Preña brings serious flavor with Venezuelan arepas stuffed to perfection from their food truck.

Playa Ultimo Trolley (Playa Ocean Park)
A local beach adjacent to a huge public park, Playa El Último trolley is at the far east end of the route. Here we stop for a piña colada and chat with Ramon, the local kiosko operator. Here travelers will get a glimpse into local life and meet new people who offer things such as salsa classes at the beach.
