Acquire new knowledge in cross country skiing courses. You can choose between classic or skating technique. Combined courses are also offered, but they are longer and a bit more demanding in terms of physical fitness.
CONTENT: Adaptation to the equipment, initial exercises with skis, exercises with poles, exercises for technique, condensed circuit with the chosen technique - all under guidance of a professional cross country instructor.
The courses take place in a relaxed atmosphere, where the main aim is to make the participants want to get back on cross country skis.
