Itinerary
In this hands-on cultural cooking experience, you will create an Art Character Bento (Art Charaben) inspired by “Red Fuji”, one of the most iconic works by Katsushika Hokusai, a world-renowned Japanese artist. Using rice, colorful ingredients, and traditional techniques, you will design a beautiful bento box that expresses the blue sky and the vivid red Mount Fuji—a symbol deeply loved by the Japanese people and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This experience offers a unique way to enjoy Japanese art, culture, and food all at once.
Please note that the selection of side dishes may vary depending on the day and seasonal availability.
