The class will begin with an introduction to the basic ingredients of Thai cuisine, as well as the cultural history behind the dishes you will be cooking today. You'll then have the chance to create your own dishes by following our chef's step-by-step instructions and recipes, which have been passed down generations of local families. Please note the pick-up location and time may change depending on the weather.
