You will participate in hands-on learning of the preparation of a 400-year-old recipe from Afro-Colombian pastry chefs who settled in the Palenque region. Afterward, enjoy the fruits of your labor for a delicious intimate meal. Under the guidance of two expert Afro-Colombian women, your group will follow the steps used for centuries to prepare this healthy cuisine.
