We use an ancient and traditional tool to make spaghetti, called in Verona, bigoli. We'll knead and prepare the dough for pasta as in the ancient time. We'll cook and prepare the dough in a gorgeous top floor attic and then cook and eat in an ancient kitchen in a friendly and warm atmosphere. I obtained the Italian HACCP certification at the top level for the food and beverage safety.

Itinerary
Book directly via veronacookingclass.it for an upgrade: aperitiv with Prosecco Aperol Spritz! This is not a restaurant. This is not a cooking school or an B&B. You will welcomed into a real ancient house with a breathtaking view from the top over the hills, woods and roofs where we'll work together. I will teach how to make 2 kinds of traditional handmade pasta : fettuccine and bigoli ( a tipical local spaghetti). We'll cook them in 2 different sauces : tomatoes with garlic and basil for spaghetti and evo oil, garlic and anchovy for bigoli and then we cook and eat the pasta in the ancient kitchen downstairs, all served with a glass of white or red wine in a very family atmosphere.
