Itinerary
Take part of this immersive, hands-on cooking experience in a traditional 1930s house located in the heart of Cusco. Under the guidance of a professional Peruvian chef, you will learn to prepare iconic dishes including Lomo Saltado and Papa a la Huancaína, as well as master the art of crafting the classic Pisco Sour cocktail using fresh, local fruits sourced from a nearby market.
