The complete menu to be prepared will be established by the chef on the same morning.

First course: traditional Sicilian pasta - "pasta alla norma" (pasta with aubergines, tomatoes and ricotta).
Second course: the fish of the day (tuna, salted fish according to the season).
Dessert: you will prepare traditional Sicilian dessert, cannoli, Sicilian cassata or granita.
Finally, you will sit on a splendid terrace with a panoramic view of the sea, and enjoy your culinary masterpieces of Sicilian cuisine.
