During the class, you will learn how to make Roti (Chapati – Indian Bread), Aloo Pyaaj Sabji (a local favorite made with potatoes and onions), Daal Fry (Lentils), Chana Masala, Khoya Paneer, or another seasonal vegetable. For sweets (Meetha), you will learn how to make Kheer (Rice Pudding). (Any 4 items – you can expect 2 vegetables, Chapati, and Rice Pudding.) If you choose to learn Breakfast, you can make Masala Tea, Upma, Idli, Poha, Aloo Paratha, Vegetable Spring Roll, or Vegetable Cutlet. (Any 3 items.)
