The experience begins with a warm welcome and a cup of coffee from the coffee and family tradition. Along the way, visitors know each of the stages of the coffee process, from planting and caring for coffee plants, manual harvesting of ripe beans, to pulping, drying and threshing processes. Along the way, visitors will be able to interact directly with coffee growers, discover secrets of coffee culture and live in first person what it means to be part of a tradition that has marked the identity of the region. The experience ends with a guided tasting, in which you taste different cup profiles and learn to recognize aromas, flavors and unique characteristics of the specialty coffee. All this accompanied by a familiar, authentic atmosphere
