Itinerary
Guests step inside our working bean-to-bar chocolate factory to learn how chocolate is made using cacao grown on our organic farm near the Tenorio Volcano. You’ll taste fresh cacao fruit, compare stages of fermentation and drying, and handle roasted beans. Our master chocolatier demonstrates grinding and refining and explains how flavor develops. The workshop ends with a guided tasting of several single-origin chocolates where guests learn to identify flavor notes, textures, and aromas.
