It is a chocolate workshop with a complete tasting of all cocoa by-products. From the beginning, the history of cocoa in America is briefly exposed, tasting fresh cocoa fruit, then seeds in different stages of processing, nibs, cocoa powder, cocoa butter and chocolate drinks. Then we will get to work with the most modern chocolate world, the attendees will taste the different concentrations of cocoa and then make their own different chocolates mixing them with all the local ingredients that we have available and using their own creativity! Finally, we will share the (eco-friendly) materials so that you can pack your own creations and take a perfect memory of the experience.
