Itinerary
Get picked up at your hotel in Chiang Mai, then meet up with the rest of your group. Visiting the local market and discovering how locals are buying and preparing their food. The tour at the market is not only the opportunity to buy a few supplies for the cooking class, but you'll also learn a lot about Thai culinary traditions. Feel free to ask any question. Our instructors will introduce the basic ingredients used in Thai cuisine and how to select them. Tour an organic farm filled with fresh fruits and vegetables. Our instructors will guide you to our organic farm while explaining Thai herbs and vegetables. Enjoy collecting eggs and some fresh ingredients.
