Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi)
At 8:00 am, the private tour guide will pick you up from your Chengdu downtown hotel lobby, have a private air-conditioned transfer to visit Chengdu Giant Panda Research and Breeding Center, also known as Panda Base, is home to nearly 50 giant pandas and red pandas.
As both adult and baby Pandas are at their most active during feeding time in the morning, there you will see lovely giant pandas eating and playing with each other, and you may also have a chance to see the very cute baby pandas. The Panda Base has been created and imitated the natural habitat in order that Giant Pandas might have the best possible environment for rearing and breeding. Walk around the Panda base, see giant pandas, red pandas and even other rare animals, watch a 20-minute video to learn about giant panda research and breeding.
Later to conclude the Panda trip, the guide will transfer you back and drop you off at the hotel or downtown area to continue sightseeing on your own.
