Discover the world of gin in a compact, interactive experience, from the selection of botanicals to tasting in the glass to your own gin.
After a brief introduction to the distillery and the basics of distillation, you will dive straight into the practice : you will select your own botanicals and work with the team on the copper still. You will learn how flavours are created and how a gin is built up in flavour.
Unlike the all-day Master class, this experience focuses on the creative and sensory part of the process. The actual distillation is then carried out and completed by the team.
