In this experience you will enjoy a nice and vibrant Capo Market tour, one of the most popular outdoor markets in Palermo, where you will learn how to pick the best seasonal ingredients from the different stalls for our cooking class and as a Gastronome I will explain about the seasonality of the products, their traditional territory and varieties. Next, we will move back home for a hands-on cooking class on how to prep a traditional sicilian meal following my family recipes.
