Meet Chef Alberto and get ready to enjoy a delightful day of cooking, eating, and learning about the best of Mexican cuisine and the local culture. This cooking class takes place in the home of the Chef where you will learn to cook from scratch the best of the Mexican recipes. Every day you will enjoy a different menu:
·Monday - Barbecue and quesabirrias. ·Taco Tuesday - Steak, Pastor and chorizo tacos ·Wednesday - Chicken with mole and rice. ·Thursday - Red and green tamales. ·Friday - Cochinita pibil
