Itinerary
The journey begins at Playa de los Muertos, a paradise named after the currents that swept wrecks to its shore. From there, we will look towards the Mesa Roldan Lighthouse, located on a volcanic dome; one of the tallest lighthouses in Spain and the scene of series such as Game of Thrones. Continuing south, we will explore Cala Arena, where fossilized lava creates “rock cathedrals” that reveal Almeria’s volcanic past. Before entering the village, we will stop in front of the Mineral Cargo, jewel of industrial archaeology that tells the mining history of the area, and then cross the bay of Agua Amarga and its white houses.
