The museum was created with the aim of preserving the memory and identity of the inhabitants of Iztapalapa through photographs and artistic interpretations of its different historical stages.

Cablebús Linea 2
With a length of 10.6 km, Cablebús Line 2 holds the Guinness Record as the longest cable car in the world. Located in the Iztapalapa municipality, it makes up to 75 thousand daily trips from Constitución de 1917 to Santa Marta. It was inaugurated on August 8, 2021 and reduces the transfer time from 1 hour and 20 minutes to just 40 minutes.
