Following the breath work, we embark on a refreshing ice plunge, with a suggested duration of up to 3 minutes. While there's no pressure to adhere strictly to this timeframe, we encourage everyone to explore the full 3 minutes to reap maximum benefits. Our team assists you in safely getting in and exiting the ice bath, after which you are free to move around and warm up your body....
