Day 1: Bucharest - Transfagarasan Road - Brasov
The tour begins in the morning from Bucharest with a 2.5 hour drive to Vidraru Lake and Dam, the 5th tallest dam in Europe and 9th in the world, with a height of 166 meters. High enough even for bungee jumping fans. The, drive along the Transfagarasan Road. Its endless U turns, deep ravines with breathtaking views, spectacular waterfalls and glacial lakes, and steep rocks will give you the feeling they're going to crumble over you. Drive up to an altitude of 2,034 meters to the Balea glacial lake and waterfall after going through the longest auto tunnel in Romania, at 887 meters long.
Arrive in Brasov in late afternoon. With deep ties to Saxons dating back 800 years, Brasov is the heart of Germanic Transylvania. Take a leisurely stroll through the Council Square in the Old Town area. Overnight in Brasov.

Poienari Castle
Considered the "real Dracula castle" is the place where Vlad the Impaler used to hide from the invaders. We will have a beautiful view of the mountains after climbing 1480 stairs to reach the top.
