The tour starts very early at approximately 06:00a. We will go to the Cajas National Park to the sector of Llaviuco (height 3100 meters) which is considered the best place in the National Park for bird watching. This high montane forest is in excellent state of conservation, allowing to easily find very striking species such as the Andean Toucan Pechigris (Andigena hypoglauca), the Andean Pava (Penelope montagnii) the Masked Trogon (Trogon personatus), the Turquoise Magpie (Cyanolyca turcosa) and several species of colourful tangaras and some waterfowl.
