The White Pagoda of Miaoying Temple hidden in the alley was built in the early Yuan Dynasty to the 16th year of the Yuan Dynasty (1279). It was commissioned by Nepalese craftsman Anigo and has been under construction for more than 700 years. It is a national key cultural relic protection unit and the earliest and largest surviving lama pagoda in China. The pedestal is 9 meters high, the tower is 50.9 meters high, and the base area is 1422 square meters. The pedestal is divided into three layers, with the lowest layer being square. There is a passage in front of the platform and steps in front, which can directly reach the tower base.

At Beihai Park, visitors can visit royal buildings such as Qionghua Island, Yong'an Temple, Beihai White Pagoda, Tieping Wind Wall, Tuancheng, and Jiulongbi.
