The course programme consists of two parts: - Theoretical lesson of about an hour on the beach, with an explanation of winds, gaits and water safety, followed by a practical test with a simulator to familiarise yourself with the basic movements - A practical lesson in the water of approximately one and a half hours, where you will learn the basic sailing techniques, such as tacking, tacking and turning, with the assistance of an instructor The start time may vary depending on weather and wind conditions.
