Aichi prefecture is known as one of Japan’s leading areas for traditional seasonings, including soy sauce, mirin, sake, vinegar and miso. In this hands-on lesson, you will discover how traditional fermentation transforms simple ingredients into a rich, complex flavor.
You will use premium local seasonings–artisan soy sauce, authentic brewed mirin and local sake–to create the ultimate Teriyaki Chicken.
