At 5:00 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco in a private vehicle. From there, we’ll begin our journey towards Pukarumi, a charming village nestled in the heart of the majestic Ausangate Mountain. Along the way, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Andean landscapes, passing through traditional villages and scenic valleys before reaching our starting point.

Nevado Auzangate
You’ll enjoy stunning views during the three-hour drive. Upon arrival, a delicious breakfast, prepared by a high-mountain chef, will be ready. You’ll also meet the trekking team, including cooks and muleteers.
After breakfast, we’ll begin an upward hike toward the northeastern part of Ausangate Mountain, passing cultivated fields and traditional homes in the Ausangate community. After three hours, we’ll reach the Ausangate viewpoint, offering panoramic views of the entire glacial mountain range. Then, we’ll hike for two more hours to the Upis camp at 4,400 meters. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy tea before dinner. At night, we’ll sleep under a blanket of stars, surrounded by the mystique of Ausangate.
