Itinerary

Corinth
Our experience starts at 10 am from the centre of Athens and it takes approximately 90 minutes to reach the first winnery. During our trip and approximately 1h from Athens we pass by the Isthmus of Corinth, the narrow land bridge which connects the Peloponnese peninsula with the rest of the mainland of Greece, near the city of Corinth. The word "isthmus" comes from the Ancient Greek word for "neck" and refers to the narrowness of the land.
The Isthmus was known in the ancient world as the landmark separating the Peloponnese from mainland Greece.
The canal is 6.4 kilometers long with a width of only 25 meters and has a water depth of 8 metres. Note that we do not make a stop on this attraction!

Koutsi
At around 11:30 we arrive at the first winery, where our dedicated guide takes us through an immersive experience: the history of the vineyard, including a tour of the wine cellar and winery which ends with an extensive tasting of 6 selected wines.

Archaies Kleones
We leave the first winery at around 13:40. After a relaxing 20' trip we reach the second winery! A new winery means a different approach to the art of wine making, the history and terroir and the techniques involved. We experience it fully, see the wines aging in a state-of-the-art cellar and production facilities, while having enough time to traverse the vineyard and indulge in the unique views. The visit ends with the tasting of 4 to 5 different wines, depending on the season.

Corinth
The Nemean part of our trip draws to an end, but only a 20 minute drive away is the gastronomic epilogue to our trip. An ideally placed fish tavern located in the historic town of Corinth and its picturesque harbour for a full afternoon lunch of Greek seafood with a modern spin. Fresh salads, traditional appetizers, and luscious seafood pasta, accompanied by the most suitable wines from our visits. Carefully selected from the winemakers, the wine picks elevate and pair with the tastes on our table, giving all a chance to exchange their experience through scent and taste!
