Itinerary
1)During the client pick-up from the airport, the driver waits at the exit with a sign bearing the client's name. When the airplane lands, the driver sends messages to the client for confirmation. After the baggage claim, the client meets the driver. The driver greets him, and they head to the vehicle, where the driver assists with loading the luggage. They then depart for the hotel. If you need any more translations or adjustments, let me know!
2)During the departure from the hotel, there is written communication regarding the pick-up time. The driver then waits for the clients in the hotel lobby.
