The industrial manufacturing process of beer is explained in an entertaining, fun and passionate way, with scientific, chemical and biological explanations of the reasons for each process. The interaction with travelers is constant, and finally the beers we make are tasted, accompanied by a variety of skewers, explaining that all this is possible thanks to the farmers who produce cereals and hops, in the case of the latter raw material, we explain that in our environment, the valleys of the Tuerto and Órbigo rivers, 95% of the hops in all of Spain are produced, something undoubtedly unknown to the common traveler.
