Itinerary
- 08:45 a.m. Pick up from the Hotel and transfer to the traditional San Camilo Market where You will experience up close the culture of its people, their customs and where they sell a wide variety of products.
- We will begin our experience buying and getting to know the world of potatoes, vegetables, fruits, meats and dehydrated foods. Our Chef will give us an explanation of the products and we will choose the ingredients that we are going to prepare.
- Then we went to the Restaurant, a place where the products will be cooked using ancestral techniques of traditional Arequipa and Peruvian food.
- The Chef will teach us the secrets for preparing each of the dishes.
