In a hand-on cooking workshop you will learn to make a variety of local dishes and eat a typical Arab home cooked meal, that you prepared, under the guidance of your host. Itinerary
You will experience an integral part of local culture: the middle-eastern custom of hachnasat orchim; warmly welcoming guests into the homes of local villagers. After introductions over tea and coffee we continue with approximately 2 hours of hands-on preparation of traditional Galilean dishes. The menu changes seasonally. Once we have finished preparing the delicacies, we all sit and enjoy our feast. When we've finished eating all the great food we have prepared, we'll say farewell to our host and head off to the local market, where we'll see the raw products that we used for cooking in the workshop and much more.
