Aquila Private Game Reserve is a mere 2-hours drive from Cape Town and is a Malaria-free reserve which is home to the Big 5 animals namely Lions; Leopards; Rhinos; Buffalos and Elephants. Arrive at Aquila Private Game Reserve no later than 15:00pm for your Sunset Safari Game Drive with chance encounters with the Big 5 animals namely Lions, Leopards, Rhinos, Elephants and Buffalos. You may also spot Giraffes and Antelopes. (Please note that Aquila Game Reserve is approximately 2-hours drive from Cape Town.)
Upon arrival at 15:00pm, you will receive a Welcome Drink at the entrance. A selection of complimentary Teas, Coffee and Snacks will be available before you join a shared open 4x4 Safari Game Truck and set off on an exciting 2 to 3-hour safari game drive. The sunset game drive affords you a unique opportunity to see the free-roaming animals come to life in the bush after a long day under the hot African sun. All game drives are led by an experienced game ranger who will share stories about the animals and their surroundings throughout the safari.
Upon your return from your safari game drive, you are welcome to enjoy a cocktail before heading back to Cape Town.
