Start with a pick-up from your hotel or apartment in Antalya. A comfortable transfer vehicle takes you to the Hamam. On arrival at the traditional bath, the friendly reception staff will greet you and give you a small talk on the procedure. Then, in the gentle ambience of the reception area, you will be given a Hamam robe and taken to the changing rooms. Turkish hamam staff will provide you with a locker key. You can safely hold your belongings and clothes until you have finished. After locking your belongings, move to the hot room or steam room, where you will ‘sweat’ out the toxicity from your opening pores. Warm room experience usually lasts around 5 – 10 minutes. Once you have relaxed and sweated in the sauna’s 40 to 50 degrees Celsius, go to the center of the Hamam.
