POKHARA TO GHANDRUK VILLAGE
1 Stop
1
Ghandruk
The journey begins after breakfast as you take a local bus with your guide for two hours to Nayapol (Private car takes just 90 minutes). From the village of Nayapol, the trek begins as you make your way through the semi-tropical forests of the lower Annapurnas. At first, the trek is on level ground, and then we rise in elevation. We are traveling in the ancient home of the Gurung people as we reach the village of Ghandruk. All along the way are awe-inspiring views of Fishtail Mountain, the principle signature landmark of the Annapurnas. Spend the night at a local guesthouse in Ghandruk.
