With a maximum of only 6 guests, the class is fully hands-on and personalized, allowing everyone to actively learn traditional pasta-making techniques rather than simply watching a demonstration. Join a group of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 people, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience. In this hands-on culinary experience, you will learn to roll out, knead, and shape a variety of pasta forms, such as tagliatelle, tortellini, pappardelle, ravioli, cappelletti, farfalle, bottoni, and more. From this selection, we will choose two formats to create two pasta courses along with their respective sauces, transforming them into delicious and authentic Italian dishes.
