WINERY VISIT & TASTING // After picking you up from your place and a nice drive through a picturesque countryside, you will start with visiting a family-run winery in the very heart of Valpolicella to see the vineyards, historic and modern cellars and learn something new about wine-making process.

San Pietro in Cariano
WINERY VISIT & TASTING // Finally, you will be welcomed in the second historic winery, located in a country house dating back to 1917 and surrounded by beautiful hills full of vineyards, cherry trees and olive trees. You will visit a fruit cellar, where the grapes rest and dry for months in a natural and unhurried manner, which is fundamental for the creation of Amarone and Recioto. Then you will see the French oak barrels and barriques, and learn about the most ambitious project: fermentation in terracotta amphorae, a technique used since Roman times. Concluding the experience, you will taste local award-winning wines.
