ONLY IN FALL SEASON: Once the trip has started, the trip to the first stop is 3 hours to reach Algonquin Visitor Center. Opened to celebrate the centennial of Algonquin Provincial Park, it is a world-class exhibit on the park's natural and human history, plus it features a relaxing restaurant and an excellent bookstore. This place has a theater where you can see a summary of the history of the park and then takes you to the observation deck where you can admire a breathtaking panorama of the wild Algonquin landscape.
