Itinerary
Your workshop begins in the heart of Aix-en-Provence’s historic center, just two minutes away from the main square, cafes, and restaurants. Step into a fully equipped kitchen studio, where you’ll meet your instructor, a local chef, and your fellow participants. With a maximum of ten people, you’ll enjoy personalized guidance throughout the session.
You’ll be provided with an apron and utensils before you start preparing the pâte à choux, the pastry cream, the chocolate glaze. Follow your instructor’s clear, step-by-step instructions as you learn to shape and bake the perfect éclair & choux pastries.
