Itinerary
The tour begins departing from centrally located hotels in El Calafate at 8.00am. We travel 50km through a rute full of Estancias (ranchs), until Lago Roca where we will embark on a small boat with a capacity for 15 people.
We will navigate 45 minutes enjoying the unique sights of the lake where the typical Patagonian steppe landscape mixes with the Antarctic and Lenga Beech forests. We will arrive at the south end of the South Arm of the lake where the first stage of the trekking starts up to the Lago Frias. We will walk through an unexplored site, virgin forest and natural scenery will appear in front of our eyes. Once we reach the lake, we will embark on a motorize rubber boat to cross...
