Itinerary
Step off the summit of Table Mountain, an astounding 1,000 meters above sea level, and rappel into pure vertical space. While the views from the mountaintop are breathtaking, the sights you'll see during the abseil are truly unparalleled. As you descend the side of a sheer cliff, Camps Bay, the Atlantic Seaboard, and the deep blue ocean will spread out at your feet, with the majestic Twelve Apostles right at your side. This Table Mountain Abseil is guaranteed to get your pulse racing.
The entire experience lasts approximately one hour. This duration covers a safety demonstration, getting harnessed, completing the abseil, and a short hike to return you to the top of the mountain.
