Senate square (Senaatintori in Finnish) is our meeting point, and it is probably the main tourist attraction, where the history of modern Helsinki begins. Here we will discover the three beautiful buildings around us!

If the church is open, we can go inside and learn about the religious mindset in Finland. If we are lucky, we can also enjoy some music inside the church! (we don’t go inside the church in the summers because of its 10€ entry fee. It´s closed on Sundays, most Saturdays, and in public holidays)

"Torille" is a famous Finnish phrase, which means "to the market" ! Let´s visit the market square to find out what that means! What Finns usually eat or drink, and what can you buy from Helsinki to take home with you?
