As you step into Tunis, the capital of Tunisia, you're greeted with a warm "Marhaba!" The city is a blend of two worlds: the 19th-century Ville Nouvelle, designed by French colonialists, and the ancient medina from the eighth century, where every alleyway leads to the majestic Great Mosque. Tomorrow promises exploration of both areas. Your adventure kicks off with a welcome meeting at 6 PM. Before that, take some time to wander the streets and sample local delights like lablabi, a comforting chickpea soup, or tajine, which offers a unique twist compared to its Moroccan counterpart. If you have a sweet tooth, don’t miss the chance to try bambalouni, a delightful deep-fried doughnut.
