The fun begins when you leave Kathmandu and head north to SyabruBesi, the gateway to Langtang National Park. We quickly leave the noise and traffic of Kathmandu behind as we cross the hills of Shivapuri and find ourselves in green farmland. The trip northward passes through beautiful villages. It takes about 9 hrs drive by a local bus.
