-Morning: Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi, you'll be greeted by your safari guide who will whisk you away on the adventure of a lifetime. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Kenyan countryside, passing through colorful towns and vast landscapes on your way to the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve.
Around lunchtime: Arrive at your chosen lodge or camp in the Mara, check in, and enjoy a delicious lunch. This is your chance to settle in and prepare for your first game drive.
-Late Afternoon: Embark on your first exhilarating game drive in the Masai Mara! The late afternoon is a prime time for spotting wildlife as animals emerge from the midday heat to graze and hunt. Keep your eyes peeled for the "Big Five" – lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos – as well as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a plethora of other fascinating creatures.
