You’ll ride a comfortable 7-speed Giant Cypress bike starting from Shelby Park, with direct access to the Shelby Bottoms Greenway along the Cumberland River. This scenic, mostly flat trail is ideal for a relaxed ride and offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy river views, wildlife, and shaded paths.
From Shelby Bottoms, you can continue onto the more challenging Stones River Greenway for longer mileage and varied terrain, or head into East Nashville to explore vibrant neighborhoods known for local shops, murals, coffee spots, and restaurants.
